They compete with integrity, encourage one another, and show respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents. Rooted in faith, they grow spiritually through the game, using their gifts to glorify God and be a light to others.

At Outward Baseball & Softball we are looking for Christ-centered leaders who are passionate about developing athletes through the lens of biblical principles. Coaches will teach the fundamentals of baseball, instill discipline and sportsmanship, and encourage athletes to grow in their faith, character, and ability.
