Some of your favorite Fall Festival traditions are back! From Trunk or Treat and hayrides to inflatables, sweet treats, games, and more, we’re bringing back the fun that makes this night a favorite for the whole family.

We’re making this year’s Fall Festival bigger and better than ever! Along with all of your favorite traditions, we’ve added some exciting new experiences for kids and families to enjoy. From sweet treats and creative activities to special guests and hands-on fun, there’s even more to explore this year!

Want to Volunteer?

Help make our Fall Festival a fun and memorable night for families in our community! Volunteers will serve at one station for a one-hour shift, giving you the flexibility to help while still enjoying the festival.


Choose the time that works best for you:

  • 5:00–6:00 PM
  • 6:00–7:00 PM


Whether you’re helping with games, food, activities, registration, or another festival station, your willingness to serve makes a big difference!

  • Coffee Station

    Help serve coffee to guests, keep the station stocked, and help maintain a clean and welcoming area throughout the evening.

    Volunteers Needed: 2 per shift

  • Caramel Apple Station

    Help guests create and enjoy delicious caramel apples! Assist with serving, toppings, supplies, and keeping the station clean and organized.

    Volunteer Needed: 2 per shift

  • Hayride

    Help welcome guests, organize the line, and assist with loading and unloading riders to help keep the hayride running smoothly and safely.

    Volunteers Needed: 2 per shift

  • Candy Management Team

    Help keep our candy stations stocked and organized throughout the event. Monitor supplies, refill candy as needed, and help ensure we have plenty of candy for our guests.

    Volunteers Needed: 4 per shift

  • Pre-K & Children’s Games

    Help children participate in fun, age-appropriate games and activities. Encourage the kids, explain how each game works, and help keep the activity area organized.

    Volunteers Needed: 4 per shift

  • Bonfire

    Help monitor the bonfire area and make sure guests enjoy the space safely. Assist with keeping the area organized and communicating any concerns to festival leaders.

    Volunteers Needed: 4 per shift

  • Pre-K Rock Painting

    Help our youngest guests get creative! Organize supplies, help children with the activity when needed, and keep the painting area clean and stocked.

    Volunteers Needed: 2 per shift

  • Set Up Crew (3:30-4:45 PM)

    Help us get everything ready before the festival begins! Assist with setting up stations, decorations, tables, chairs, games, signs, and other festival needs.

  • Tear Down Crew (7-8 PM)

    Help us wrap up the night! Assist with cleaning up activity areas, gathering supplies, taking down decorations and equipment, and leaving the space clean and ready for the next day.
